Skip-the-Line Tickets
Dolmabahçe Palace Tickets
Dolmabahçe is one of Istanbul's most visited museums, and entry is capped each day. Buying ahead — especially a skip-the-line or fast-track ticket — is the difference between walking straight in and waiting in a queue that runs long in spring and summer.

What's Included
- Selamlık — the ceremonial state wing, including the Ceremonial Hall with its 4.5-tonne Bohemian crystal chandelier.
- Harem — the private residential quarters, the Valide Sultan apartments, and Atatürk's Room 71 where the clocks are stopped at 09:05.
Some areas — the Painting Museum, the Clock Tower courtyard, and parts of the gardens — may require separate access. Check current routes on our plan your visit page.
Why Skip-the-Line Is Worth It
The general-admission queue at the main gate regularly reaches 45–90 minutes in peak season. Daily entry is also capped, so on the busiest days standard tickets can sell out before midday. A skip-the-line or fast-track ticket guarantees your slot and sends you through a priority entrance. Guided options add a licensed guide through both the Selamlık and the Harem — useful, since interior photography and signage are limited.
Opening Hours
Dolmabahçe is open Tuesday–Sunday, 09:00–17:30 (last admission 17:00) and is closed on Mondays. Arrive early or book an afternoon slot to avoid the morning tour groups. See how to get there for transport from Taksim, Kabataş, and Beşiktaş.
